Chris Smith is a Chicago-based musician who has been performing around the Midwest for the last 6 years. He is a native to northern Michigan and moved to Chicago in 2014. His musical influences stem from artists such as the Beatles, Jeff Buckley, Sufjan Stevens, Damien Rice, Iron & Wine, Bon Iver and Martin Sexton. Aside from being an artist and performer, Chris has dedicated years of world touring as an ambassador of arts education in schools and communities around the globe with the non-profit organization, The Young Americans.
We are very excited to welcome back the beautiful and talented Miriam Pico! Singer/Songwriter, Miriam Pico has celebrated over 20 years as a professional musician. With guitar, ukulele and powerful vocals that soar from a sensual whisper to a mighty roar, Miriam delivers her songs to audiences all over the country.

ABOUT CHEF MAXCEL HARDY:
Chef Max Hardy got his first taste of the culinary experience in Tampa, Florida, at the award-winning, Johnson & Wales University, Miami Campus. His success has also given him the pleasure of both training and employing a number of chefs in Los Angeles, New York, and Miami.
He was employed from 2009–2014 as the full-time personal chef of Amare’ Stoudemire, an NBA All-Star. During this time, he co-authored a cookbook with Stoudemire called Cooking with Amar’e – 100 Easy Recipes for Pros and Rookies in the Kitchen. It was officially released in 2014.
Chef Max has recently blended his talents with the Marley Company and co-authored the Marley Coffee Cookbook: One Love, Many Coffees, and 100 Recipes.
Chef Max’s talent has been witnessed across the nation, as a competitor on Food Network’s hit shows, Chopped and Beat Bobby Flay. He was also featured on WABC News, MSNBC’s Melissa Harris-Perry Show, NBC’s thegrio.com, the New York Post, Detroit Metro Times, Essence Magazine, Fox 5 Good Day New York, Bon Appetit, and Arise TV.
Maxcel Hardy relocated to his favorite city Detroit, the place of his birth, to open restaurants River Bistro Detroit and COOP. Things did not stop there, Chef Max was the recipient of the My Brother’s Keeper award by President Obama (2016) and he was featured in the 2016 Aetna African American History Calendar. Furthermore, he was asked to represent the United States in the Real World Food Festival in the United Emirates.
As you can see, due to his hard work, talent, and perseverance, Chef Max has achieved much success in the field of culinary arts and he has no desire to stop. This tireless work ethic is fueled by a simple concept, that his patrons will be able to “taste his dedication to excellence in every bite.”
